2. Russian Patents for Inventions

The time limit for entering the national phase in Russia (as well as the regional in Eurasia) is 31 months from the PCT application priority date.

4. Industrial Designs

Since 2014 the national test for infringement is almost the same as in the European Union. Multiple-object applications are practically restricted.
