April 26 is officially recognized as Intellectual Property Day in Russia. We congratulate our colleagues, friends, clients and all those who understand how important intellectual property is in the modern world.
On such a significant day the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation organized the 14th International Forum "Intellectual Property XXI Century". The program was filled with profound and complex issues, and professionals in our sphere addressed really urgent problems related to changes in IP legislation.
The event was attended by members of the Scientific Advisory Council of the CIP, members of the CCI RF Council on Intellectual Property, judges of the Court of Intellectual Rights, as well as lawyers in the field of intellectual property rights.
Head of Dispute Resolution Practice of PATENTUS Darya Grzimek took part in the meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council of the IPC: "Discussion of the issues arising in the application of paragraph 7 of Article 1259 of the Civil Code (part of the work)".
The following topics were discussed:
