On April 10, 2024, key rating Kommersant published the results of its annual legal market survey. The past year 2023 has shown that both old and newly established Russian law firms feel quite confident in turbulent conditions. Such times are expectedly marked by high demand for legal services by clients from a wide range of industries, so PATENTUS traditionally was not left out.
Our company appeared in the first group of the federal rating in two IP practices at once: "Dispute Resolution" and "Consulting".
The industry ranking noted the work of our colleagues in the following categories:
· Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals (Dispute Resolution (1 Band) and Industry Leadership Consulting (2 Band))
· Manufacturing & Industrial (Industry Leaders Advice (2 Band))
· Retail & Trade, FMCG (Dispute Resolution (1 Band) and Industry Leadership Consulting (2 Band))
In the individual ranking PATENTUS Managing Partner Dmitry Markanov was named the leader in the Intellectual Property category (1 Band). Alexey Mikhailov, the head of the Patent practice, was distinguished in the Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals category (2 Band).
