Contestation of Rospatent decision in the Chamber for Patent Disputes

PATENTUS client is a chain of family Italian restaurants "DaPino", having gained for more than eight years the popularity among the lovers of Italian cuisine (the first restaurant was opened in 2004). Currently, the chain includes three restaurants (the total number of seats is 400).

On 28.03.2012, Rospatent made a decision to refuse state registration of "DaPino" trademarks under application No. 2010722680.

On 27.07.2012, patent attorneys of PATENTUS filed an objection against the decision on refusal of state registration of "DaPino" trademark under application No. 2010722680 with priority dated 13.07.2010.

On 11.10.2012 by the decision of Rospatent, the objection against the refusal of state registration of "DaPino" trademark under application No. 2010722680 was satisfied, and the trademark under application No. 2010722680 was registered.
