Project essence
The trademark rights were transferred under an assignment agreement. Due to the fact that these trademarks were previously licensed, it was necessary to make amendments to the Licensor's data.Supplementary agreements were made, applications were prepared, and the documents were submitted to Rospatent.
After two months from the date of submission of the applications, the amendments were made to the registered right of use – the licensor's data was amended.
