Among notable cases handled by our litigators there was a dispute involving a major food manufacturer for which an antitrust application was filed by a competitor. Our team did an extensive work and, as a result, the Antitrust Service suspended the case. This happens very rarely in Russian Federation.
To file the trademark for another client, the PATENTUS team approached the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea. The client's trademark repeated the name of a natural object located in the Republic. We managed to get permits and the client got the decision to grant the trademark.
