PATENTUS has registered a trademark of the largest exporter of Russian coal

A representative of the German company MIR Trade AG addressed to us with a request to help in registering a trademark of the same name in the Russian Federation. Patent Attorney Evgenia Levina prepared and submitted all of the necessary documents in electronic form to Rospatent.

In subsequent provisional refusal, the authority opposed the designation submitted by us with a similar registered MIR trademark, however, our expert responded reasonably to the arguments of Rospatent, thereby achieving successful registration of the MIR TRADE AG trademark in the Russian Federation.
