In September 2022 Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Factory filed with an arbitrazh (commercial) court a claim against Agrofirma Ariant LLC.
The plaintiff claimed that Agrofirma Ariant should be restricted from using the Borodinskaya designation, which is identical to the Borodinskaya trademark owned by Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Factory. The plaintiff also claimed payment of 120,000,000 rubles in compensation for the trademark infringement. Thanks to Maxim Volkov and Diana Shaklina, the conflict was sresolved by a settlement agreement approved by the court.
All the plaintiff’s claims were satisfied in the settlement agreement, As a result, the PATENTUS lawyers saved the client over 120 mln rubles in damages
