Beginning March 2, PATENTUS, together with the educational project LF Academy, will hold a series of roundtables with inhouse lawyers from famous international and Russian companies.
The first meeting will be dedicated to the problem of parallel imports and the measures that are and should be taken to combat it.
Speakers: Sergey Levin, head of legal service at Coca-Cola Soft Drink Consulting and Dmitry Markanov, Managing Partner of PATENTUS.
Sergey and Dmitry will talk about dangerous trends in the work of the FAS, give examples of successful European practices of regulating the import of goods, and share case studies from their personal practice.
