On April 11, at the X Conference “Legal Business of Russia 2025”, Dmitry Markanov, Managing Partner of BFL|PATENTUS opened the 3rd session “Customers relations and customer-oriented approach”.
In his speech, Dmitry revealed the advantages of works with the regular customers, focusing on ways to attract them, retain them, as well as continuous communication with them.
