In 2019 the Plenary of the Supreme Court №10 issued a Resolution, in which it was explained how to administer the norms of the 4th part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on intellectual property. After a while the expert society revealed some contradictions between the theory, described in the Resolution, Judicial Practice and gaps in the legislation.
